Yes! Digital Velocity Runwear gift cards are available in denominations of $25, $50, $100, and $200. They can be purchased through our website and are delivered instantly to any email address. Gift cards do not expire.
Standard shipping within Canada: 5–7 business days. Express (2–3 days) and Overnight options are available at checkout. US orders typically arrive in 7–10 business days. International shipping to the UK, Australia, and Europe takes 10–14 business days.
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within Canada and the United States. International orders over $150 CAD also qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below these thresholds are charged a flat $10 CAD shipping fee.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel on our courier partner's website (Canada Post or UPS). Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of being placed. For urgent order status updates, contact us with your order number.
Yes! We currently ship to Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Europe. International duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We work hard to minimise customs delays by properly declaring all shipments.
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Simply contact us with your order number to receive a prepaid return label (Canada orders only). US and international returns are at the customer's expense.
To exchange for a different size, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the size you need. We recommend ordering the new size immediately (before stock sells out) and processing the return separately. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2 business days), your refund is processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 2–5 days to appear, depending on your bank.
We're so sorry if this happened! Please contact us immediately with photos of the fault/damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping — at no cost to you. We take quality very seriously and use this feedback to improve our products.
Visit our detailed Size Guide which includes measurements for waist, hips, inseam, and chest/bust. We recommend measuring yourself with a flexible tape measure and comparing to our size chart. Each product page also lists specific model measurements and sizing notes.
Our leggings are designed to fit true to size with a compressive, second-skin feel. If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Customers over 5'9" may find the 7/8 length styles sit above the ankle — consider our full-length styles if you prefer full coverage.
We carry XS through XXL across most of our range, corresponding to dress sizes 0–18. Select styles are also available in 3XL. We're actively working to expand our extended sizing in 2026 — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when new sizes drop.
Yes — we take pride in this! All Velocity leggings use a 4-way stretch, high-density fabric weave that maintains opacity during exercise. Each style is tested by our quality team through a full range of movements before launch. If you ever find an exception, contact us for a replacement.

Our proprietary SweatShield™ fabric technology wicks moisture to the surface of the fabric where it evaporates quickly, keeping you dry during intense workouts. Our fabrics also feature 4-way stretch, anti-odour treatment, and UPF 50+ sun protection. Most styles use recycled polyester and elastane blends.
Sustainability is core to our brand. 75% of our fabrics are made from recycled post-consumer plastic bottles. Our packaging is 100% plastic-free and made from recycled cardboard. We partner with 1% for the Planet and donate 1% of revenue to environmental causes. Our Vancouver studio runs on 100% renewable energy.
Our fabrics use high-definition dye processes that maintain colour vibrancy through repeated washing. We recommend washing dark colours inside-out in cold water to maximise longevity. Our own tests show colours maintain 95%+ vibrancy after 50+ washes when care instructions are followed.
